With so many Ipods Zunes and other mp3 players in the hands of so many it seems we have dug ourselves into an ear-bud hole so to speak. Every morning Ill get aboard a bus for work and there will be many people with ear-buds jamming away. Only thing is I dont know what they are listening to and with that lack of knowledge I am unable to enjoy the music with them or even comment on what they are listening to. Of course some may see such a gesture as butting into someone Elses business. I see it as self-imposed isolation by the mass public. Yes its a great and amazing thing to be able to carry your entire music library with you in your pocket however at what cost?
The iPhone is capable of downloading all forms of music from the internet. You just need to browse the internet and choose the music that you want to have on your phone. It is also possible to buy or have music from the internet for free using your iPhone. To do this you just need to subscribe using your iPhone. It is important to note that there is a certain number of mp3 music section that you are allowed to download for free. Note that if you make more than the monthly allocated amount you will be forced to pay for future downloads.
If you are using iPhoto its not a bad idea to create a new album to keep your wallpapers in. You can then sync this folder with your device. If you are not using iPhoto you can keep your wallpapers in a specified folder on your hard drive and sync with that. Copy the wallpaper images you have downloaded or created to your iPhoto album designated folder Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements. Connect your iPhone or Touch to your computer and open iTunes. In the library column on the left click your device icon. Now click on the Photos tab. Make sure "Sync photos from" is checked then in the pulldown menu either select the folder where you placed your wallpapers or select iPhoto. If you are just syncing selected albums rather than all photos make sure your wallpapers are in an iPhoto album and that it is selected in the list. Press Apply (or sync) and the images in iPhoto or the selected folder will be copied over to your device.
