It stands to reason then that even though we have all these high tech wireless devices coming out on the market that will end the need for us to even have a computer hooked to a telephone line once and for all it will be some time until we can as a society shake from our brains that we actually need wires to communicate. That a mobile device no longer has to be connected to a PC for some of its functionality. Blue-tooth is an amazing protocol that has helped to revolutionize the way our gadgets interact. A very good example of what Im talking about just happened recently:
What Makes a Great iPhone Wallpaper? Everything makes a great iPhone wallpaper provided that it is a reflection of you. It can be changed just like a shirt and there is never enough "you" to go around. So with that said what makes a great background for you iPhone is something that you enjoy yourself. Something that shows your personality and individualism and something that you enjoy as you enjoy the wonderful gadget in your hand.
If you are using iPhoto its not a bad idea to create a new album to keep your wallpapers in. You can then sync this folder with your device. If you are not using iPhoto you can keep your wallpapers in a specified folder on your hard drive and sync with that. Copy the wallpaper images you have downloaded or created to your iPhoto album designated folder Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements. Connect your iPhone or Touch to your computer and open iTunes. In the library column on the left click your device icon. Now click on the Photos tab. Make sure "Sync photos from" is checked then in the pulldown menu either select the folder where you placed your wallpapers or select iPhoto. If you are just syncing selected albums rather than all photos make sure your wallpapers are in an iPhoto album and that it is selected in the list. Press Apply (or sync) and the images in iPhoto or the selected folder will be copied over to your device.
